Theodore has just gone through a divorce with his wife This movie is stunning visually, and will keep you watching until the very end. Despite all of this good stuff, this movie is definitely not for everyone. Her is a really distinctive piece of work, which has drawn countless adoring notices and endless gags about Siri, the voice of Apple's iPhone.
Yet the movie wouldn't work with conventional comic detachment. Theodore has to be enough of an oddball for the exotic strangeness of the situation to. An unconventional way of telling an age-old story that works so well that you forget about its unconventionality as its humanity washes over you. Her wasn't as fantastically profound emotionally as the similarly toned Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
